Amazing customer service! I've never hired a car before and didn't know what to do or how it worked. Claire and the team couldn't do enough to help, from advising us on which car would be best, to how to drop off on a Sunday. Thomas in the delivery dept was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The Autohorn team are just the best, will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good sales team and they made the process very easy. I will be using this service again, as it's a much better option than normal car rental if you need a vehicle for a few months. You do need to be careful about minor scratches. Read the info in the agreement - anything over a few millimeters is chargeable. However, the amount I was charged for one scratch was not too bad.

Car subscription type lease (rolling 28 days) prices competitive for short term leases (no up front rental) and new car, basic model, no issues. Collection was managed well, good comms and fair wear and tear, in line with other leasing companies. Deposit and credit rental refunded promptly. Would use again, easy to work with and quick delivery of vehicle helped me out during a period of no car.
